ADDITIONAL VENDOR BADGES
Additional vendor badges will be available at the check in.
There is a limit of 4 additional badges for purchase per vendor.
Payments will be accepted via cash, Venmo or PayPal only.
If you have already pre-paid for your additional vendor badges, you will receive them a vendor check in.
VENDOR LOAD IN / OUT INFORMATION
Friday, November 18th

Saturday (Last Minute Load In)
7 AM - 9 AM
Sunday Load Out
Scheduled end of event time is 6 pm.
You cannot load out or move merchandise from your space until the
sellers floor is clear of attendees.
We will announce that the floor is clear for load out.
You will be asked to hold in place or return to your space if
you are seen loading out prior to the "all clear" announcement.

DOCK LOAD IN INSTRUCTIONS
VENDOR LOAD IN - FRONT STREET ENTRANCE (Green St)
If you are not in need of our dock loading area and have smaller, more mobile items to load in, you are welcome to use the front entrance.
This is limited to small items, not large load in spaces.
You will be directed to the dock entrance if you have any large items or large quantities of products coming to the front entrance.
The dock load in provides a freight elevator for a much faster and closer load in to our vendor halls.
Standard load in hours apply.
VENDOR CHECK IN
Vendor check in is located at the top freight elevator entrance in Hall B
Please ask staff or security if you need any directional assistance to vendor check in.
At vendor check in, please have your registered company / artist name and confirmation email available.
Once checked in, you will be given your vendor passes, including any additionally purchased vendor passes.
Additional vendor passes will be available for purchase at check in
via cash, Venmo or PayPal.
You will be escorted to your space.
If you have any issues with your space, please let us know at the vendor check in.
If you do not need any of the items (tables , chairs) provided to you at your space, you can place them in front of your space.
They will be picked up by an attendant.
Table linens are not provided with your space.
If you would like to bring table linens, our supplied table size is
96"W x 30" D.
You are welcome to bring your own chairs, tables and fixtures, as long as they are placed within the confines of your space(s).
