November Loot Crate Review - COMBAT
Let me get this out of the way. I had mild disappointment that there was no Mortal Kombat stuff in the Combat Loot Crate. Okay. Now, the actual review.
So, this month's theme was Combat. I was unsurprised to see some of the things I did, but I was not expecting the amount of awesome that actually came about. The very first thing to come were the TMNT Shredder Sunglasses. These were quite awesome to me since just about anything TMNT is great, plus Shredder is Shredder, so yeah. Amazing. And the box went from Amazing to Awesome when we pulled out the Exclusive Fallout 4 Vault Boy Bobble Head. I've wanted a Vault Boy Bobble Head for a long time, and now I've got one. I wish he was standing in his classic "thumbs up" pose, but that's such a minor gripe it didn't change my opinion.
Next was a box from Blizzard Entertainment's Cute But Deadly Vinyl Mystery Figures collection. Initially we weren't going to open this, but when we discovered it was random, we did and discovered we got The Dark Lady, herself, Sylvanas Windrunner. They weren't kidding about "Cute But Deadly" were they? Sylvanas was followed up by The Hunger Games Mocking Jay Part 2 Pin which now belongs to my girlfriend. She's more into the Hunger Games than I am, so I gladly parted with something that made her happy.

Next out of the Crate was something neat, an Exclusive Cute But Deadly Magnet Set, also from Blizzard Entertainment. It featured a number of the main bosses from Diablo, Starcraft, and World of Warcraft, as well as each series' main symbol, but I just wish they weren't magnets so I could stick them on a laptop. Again, such a minor gripe I didn't actually care. And finally we have an Exclusive Street Fighter Hyper Looting Comic Book. Just like all the other comics we've received from Loot Crate, this one is staying sealed. We're not about to open something with that much of a collector's value.
Overall, this month's Loot Crate was a massive improvement over last months. It seems like Loot Crate realized they were getting people upset, or something, and stepped their game back up. And with the news that, starting next year, all future crates are going to come with a T-Shirt, I'm actually looking forward to the future of Loot Crate. Stay tuned, as next month's theme is SPACE, and I'm all kinds of excited to see what stuff we get.
