Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Cast Pictures Revealed
Pottermore has released images of the cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. The images are amazing as you can see for yourself. You can clearly see the characters are depicted just as you would expect it. While the book is scheduled to come out this summer by July 31, 2016, the play in London is scheduled to come out in July of 2016. There will be early preview showing for a selected few starting June 7th, 2016.
Nineteen years have passed since the end of Deathly Hallows. Harry has grown up and married to Ginny Weasley. The titular cursed child appears to be Harry’s son, Albus Severus Potter, who is seen wearing his older brother’s hand me downs just as the Weasleys did back in the day. Somethings will never change. Harry Potter is seen wearing a suit but not just any suit. A lot of thought went into picking the correct suit for this play. After all Harry is now a ministry man. He still has the lighting bolt scar on his forehead.
The other topic for controversy is the actress playing Hermoine Granger. People went to social media to complain about the casting that was done. Author JK Rowling shut down the controversy by simply saying she was perfect for the part. She described Hermione in the books as having brown eyes, frizzy hair and was very clever. White skin was never specified.
If I had the money and time to travel back in forth quickly you bet I would be on a flight ready to watch this play. I am a huge Harry Potter fan. I will definitely be one of the first people to get the book when it comes out this summer.
I’ve recently read in a lot in forums that some people don’t understand why must they continue the Harry Potter series. There is so much more to be explored in the World of Harry Potter. It’s the love of letting your imagination run wild and as you read the book, as well as being able to put yourself in this world that is full of amazing magic, wizards, dragons, witches and mythical creatures. The Harry Potter fandom will continue to grow. Asking the JK Rowlings to stop is as if you would ask Star Wars fans to stop expecting new movies. We all go crazy for it.
If you haven't experienced the magic for yourself. What are you waiting for? Start now.
