I purchased a space at Anime Pasadena 2020 before it was postponed to the new date, December 11th and 12th, 2021. Do I still have my Vendor or Artist Alley space reserved?

Answer:


Yes, if you have purchased and received a confirmation of payment for your space, you have a space reserved at Anime Pasadena 2021.  

 

Question:

Can I get a full refund for the Vendor or Artist Alley space I purchased for Anime Pasadena 2020? I can't make it to the new dates.

 

Answer:

Yes. Please email support@animepasadena.com

You will need the following information:

 

Full Name

Vendor or Artist Alley business name

Email Address you used for registration
Invoice Number

Space Number

 

After space payment and verification is made, you will be fully refunded. The process takes 1 - 3 days from receipt of email. 

 

Question:

If I change my mind after my refund, can I get my space back or another space.

 

Answer:

Unfortunately, No. 

Our spaces for Anime Pasadena are in high demand. You would have to reapply for a space if you have already received your refund.

Can I transfer my paid space to another Vendor or Artist?

 

Answer:

Yes.

Question:

 

Anime Pasadena is much bigger this year. To accommodate the new floor layout, is my space being moved or changed? 


Answer:


To prepare for a bigger show with bigger guests, in a larger area, we will be moving some already reserved spaces to different locations inside the convention center. We will be contacting the affected Vendors and Artists with additional options. You WILL NOT be losing your space.

What day is load in at the event?

 

Answer:

 

Load in will be Friday, December 10th, 2021. Specific details on times and loading areas will be posted prior to the event.

I have tickets from the original Anime Pasadena dates. Will they roll over and work for new dates in December, 2021?

 

Answer:

Yes, they absolutely do! Your same ticket from 2020 will scan and work at our 2021 event. 

Question:

 

I can't make it to Anime Pasadena 2021. How can I receive a refund?

 

Answer:

 

You can receive a refund by emailing support@animepasadena.com

 

You would need to send us the following information:

 

Ticket Holder Full Name (Person who bought the ticket)

Quantity of tickets needed to be refunded 

Eventbrite Order Number

Email Address of Ticket Purchaser 

 

You will be refunded within 1 - 3 business days.
