We are excited to welcome Vendors, Artists, and Exhibitors back to the Pasadena Convention Center for another amazing year of Anime Pasadena.

If you would like to apply as a Vendor, Artist, or Exhibitor, please click the button below marked “APPLICATION.” You will need to download the application, read it carefully, and complete it in full.

Once completed, please email your application to Vendors@animepasadena.com with the subject line:

“Anime Pasadena 2026 Vendor Application”

Please note that Friday, November 6th is a Preview Day. The Vendor Hall and Artist Alley will not be open on Friday.

 

Vendor Hall and Artist Alley operations will take place on Saturday, November 7th and Sunday, November 8th.

​

We ask our Vendors, Artists, and Exhibitors to choose their own spaces.

To view the most up-to-date floor plan and available spaces, please click the button below marked “FLOOR PLAN.” We recommend selecting 4 or more preferred spaces in case your first choice is no longer available.

Vendors and Exhibitors are allowed to combine multiple spaces to create a larger booth area.

​

Artist Alley applicants are limited to one Artist Alley space per application.

​

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days to receive a response regarding your application.

​

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we may not be able to notify every applicant who is not selected for a space.
