Vendor Registration will remain open until every vendor payment is received.
Spaces will open up if a Vendor does not submit their space payment within the allotted time.
Artist Alley is officially SOLD OUT. If you have already applied or will still like to apply, your application will be added to our waitlist.

We have a big year planned and we're excited to get started.

If you would like to apply as a Vendor, Artist or Exhibitor, please fill out the application by clicking the red button below marked "APPLICATION". You will need to download it, read it and fill it out completely.

Once completed, please email your application to support@animepasadena.com with the subject line "Anime Pasadena 2025 Vendor Application".

We ask our Vendors, Artists and Exhibitors to choose their own spaces.
​
To view the updated floor plan with the available spaces to choose from, please click on the button below named "FLOOR PLAN" and choose 4 or more spaces, in case your first choice is taken.

Vendors and Exhibitors are allowed to combine multiple spaces.
​
Artist Alley applicants are limited to a single space in Artist Alley.
​
Please allow up to 1 - 14 days to receive a response regarding your application.

Due to the high volume of applications received, we might not be able to notify you regarding the status of your application.
